These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“ngTurn”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

ngTurn provides STUN and TURN relay servers for real-time applications. During early access, relay locations open in stages and features may change.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep credentials and shared secrets private. You are responsible for traffic sent with your credentials. Tell us immediately if a secret leaks so we can revoke it.

Plans, free month and card check

• Every paid plan starts with a free month. To prevent abuse we verify your card at sign-up as described on the pricing page.
• After the free month, your plan renews monthly at the price shown when you signed up until you cancel.
• We email you at least 7 days before your first charge.
• Traffic above your plan is billed at your plan rate per TB.
• Prices exclude taxes where taxes apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in your account. Cancellation stops future charges. See Cancellation and refunds.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable use policy. We may suspend credentials that are used for abuse.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access. Service credits, if any, are described in your order.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We will email you at least 30 days before material changes to these terms or your price.
