Early access: we're issuing relay credentials to verified accounts in waves.

How early access works

Acceptable use policy

Last updated 2026-09-16T00:00:00.000Z

ngTurn relays exist to carry real-time traffic for your application’s users. You may not use them to:

  • Send spam, malware, or traffic that attacks other networks, including denial-of-service traffic.
  • Proxy general web browsing or hide the origin of unrelated traffic.
  • Reach private, internal or link-local networks through a relay.
  • Share credentials publicly, resell access, or embed a shared secret in client code.
  • Carry content that is illegal where you or your users are.

We may rate-limit, suspend or revoke credentials that break this policy, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it. To report abuse, email support@ngturn.io with the relay IP address, the time with time zone and the destination address.
